128bhp range-topping Jazz Sport costs £17,155; deliveries start in February
Honda has refreshed its Jazz range, including visual updates and a new 1.5-litre petrol engine, with a starting price of £14,115.
European buyers are offered this 1.5-litre four-cylinder i-Vtec engine for the first time, with claims that it's good for 52.3mpg, with a 128bhp output. This car, badged Jazz Sport, is priced from £17,155.
Cruise control and automatic lights are standard across the range, while mid-range SE cars get parking sensors, electric mirrors and 15in alloys, and start from £15,615.
Top-spec EX trim gets keyless entry and start, climate control and a reversing camera, as well as 16in alloys, fog lights and LED lights. The Jazz Sport is marked out by a revised front bumper, black alloy wheels and a rear diffuser, as well as red accents on the exterior and orange stitching on the interior upholstery.
First revealed at the Frankfurt motor show, the five-door hatchback gets a sharpened exterior more befitting of Honda's latest design language, as well as a spruced-up interior.
The new 128bhp unit is added to the existing 1.3-litre petrol option. Both engines are available alongside a six-speed manual gearbox or CVT transmission.
Order books for the updated Jazz opened in November, with first deliveries due in February.
